PRIVACY NOTICE · UPDATED SEPTEMBER 2026
Your information deserves care.
This notice explains what Hermi Luxe Hair collects through this website and why.
Studio appointment requests
We collect your first name, phone number, hair and service details, preferred contact method, preferred appointment date and time window, and up to three optional images. We use this information to assess the requested service, prepare an estimate, notify Hermine by email, and contact you about the request. Direct texts are sent through your messaging app and are not submitted through this form. Do not upload identification, payment cards, medical records or other sensitive documents.
VIP Style List
If you separately join the VIP list, we collect your name, mobile number, optional email, service interest, availability, minimum notice and consent record. Messages may include matching last-minute appointment openings and promotions. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to end text messages or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Rebooking requests
Returning clients may submit a name, mobile number, requested service, preferred date, optional prior-visit date and notes. We use this information to respond about the requested appointment. This permission is separate from the promotional VIP list.
Free-tool email list
A one-time email signup is required to use the three free tools and the free Profit Leak Check. We collect your first name, email address, the signup source, the tool you opened, the wording you agreed to, the date and time, and limited technical information such as your IP address and browser user agent. We use this record to unlock the tools and, with your consent, send hair-care and salon-business tips, new tool updates, appointment openings, disclosed partner recommendations and promotional offers. The signup is not required to book or buy a salon service. You can unsubscribe through any promotional email or by emailing bookings@hermiluxehair.com.
Free hair and salon tools
The Daily Hair & Scalp Check-In and Protective Style Care Coach store selected preferences, dates, notes, checkmarks and recent progress in your browser on your device. The Salon Service Calculator keeps its most recent values there as well. The free Profit Leak Check and purchased Solo Beauty Profit Map Pro similarly store the business and service values you enter in your browser. Those working entries are separate from your email-list or product-interest signup and are not submitted to Hermi Luxe Hair. You can remove saved tool data with the clear or reset controls inside a tool or by clearing your browser storage.
Digital-product orders and access
When Solo Beauty Profit Map Pro checkout is available, we collect the buyer’s first name, delivery email, product, amount, currency, order and capture identifiers, payment status, limited campaign attribution and access status. PayPal processes the payment under its own privacy terms; Hermi Luxe Hair does not receive or store your full card or bank credentials. We send a transactional access message to the delivery email. That message does not enroll the buyer in promotional email.
Product access uses a private browser cookie and a private restore link. The database stores a one-way fingerprint of the access value, not the value itself after the delivery job is complete. A completed refund or payment reversal is recorded and revokes the related access. If checkout is not available and you instead join a product-interest list, that submission is not an order and cannot charge you.
Luxe Hair Lab partner inquiries
A business that proposes a sponsorship, referral or tool partnership may submit its business and contact names, business email, optional website, proposal type, working budget, audience fit, proposal details and contact permission. We use the record to evaluate and respond to that specific inquiry. It does not join the contact to the consumer marketing list.
First-party audience measurement
To understand which resources are useful and whether promotion is economically sustainable, the website creates a random first-party visitor identifier and records limited events such as page views, tool opens, email signup completion, calculator-result actions and product-interest, checkout-start and completed-purchase actions. An event may include the page path, referring website host, campaign labels, search-ad click identifier and referral placement. It does not add your name, email or phone number to the audience event. Attribution is kept in your browser for up to 30 days; session storage helps avoid counting the same page repeatedly during one visit.
If a clearly disclosed affiliate, sponsored or referral link becomes available, we may count the offer, placement, destination host and campaign and random visitor identifier when the link is used. Partner payments and advertising costs may be recorded separately and matched by campaign to calculate aggregate conversion, return and loss limits.
Optional Google advertising services
If Google Ads conversion measurement or Google AdSense is configured, the site asks before loading those services. If you allow them, Google may receive browser, device, page and interaction information under its own terms to measure an ad result or serve a clearly labeled ad. If you decline, those Google scripts do not load and the site and free tools remain available. You can clear the saved choice through your browser storage controls.
Feedback and reviews
Private feedback submitted on the aftercare page may include your name, optional phone number, rating, comments and whether you permit us to feature your words. Private feedback is separate from a public Facebook recommendation. The same public and private review options are available to every completed client regardless of rating, and no review reward is offered.
Storage and sharing
Quote records, images, rebooking requests, opening-list entries, feedback, product orders, access records, upgrade requests and email-list signups are stored for business follow-up and recordkeeping. The website also records queued follow-up steps so contacts can be stopped when completed or opted out. Email subscribers receive an individual preference link, and an unsubscribe request deactivates queued subscriber email. Mobile and email information is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Information may be handled by service providers that operate this website, deliver requested communications or process payments, or when disclosure is required by law.
Your choices
To request correction or deletion of submitted information, email bookings@hermiluxehair.com or call or text (726) 221-2140. We may retain limited records when reasonably necessary for security, legal or business purposes.
